Brad Pitt was recently asked in a press room interview what his response would be if his kids wanted to follow in his shoes and go into acting.
The 56-year-old, who recently won his first-ever Oscar for his role in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, shares six children, Maddox (18), Pax (16), Zahara (14), Shiloh (13), Knox (11) and Vivienne (11), with ex, Angelina Jolie.
"We can have that conversation once they're 18," Brad said, before adding, "And then I would listen. I want them to follow their bliss, follow their passions, whatever they're most interested in."
"I think it's about guiding as you can," he shared. "They get to try everything and find where their passion lies."
The actor said he's not quite sure how he'll be celebrating his Oscar win with his kids, but he definitely will be.
He also dedicated his award to them. "This is for my kids who colour everything I do. I adore you," he said.
