Kaizer Chiefs interim coach Cavin Johnson has explained what was different in their win over SuperSport United compared to their previous encounter.
Chiefs came to the encounter on a back of four losses in their last five matches and finally turned things around thanks to goals by Christian Saile and Mduduzi Shabalala.

"Number one, we've broken an egg after a long time but thank you to the fans for coming out. Watching the game, I thought a very difficult game, we know playing against Gavin is always hard and ja we get the goal, you can see on the pitch, the players are happy," Johnson told SuperSport.
"They put in a lot of hard work and it's not only now, we thought it should have paid off in the last game and last game when we had possession but today was different, we get the three points and that's what we came here for."
Johnson went on and suggested that he was not surprised with the stunning winning goal scored by Shabalala.
"It's not something he can't do, it's something he does at training all the time and like I said before we started, we're doing this a lot in our training sessions, today it comes off, we hope it happens again tomorrow and the day after. But it's work in progress and we have to work harder for the next game," Johnson said.
The former SuperSport United coach continued and explained what was different in their win over Matsatsantsa compared to other matches they could not get results.
"They fought well, they put in a lot of energy and they were able to hold the ball at times a lot better. We had the ball (possession) in other games as well but not as clinical as we want to go forward," Johnson said.
"I thought we played the passes a lot better than before but we take it as it comes, it's football. We scored the two goals, we're happy to win the game," he added.
