Jimmy Fallon's first promo for the Golden Globes is out!

Cape Town – ICYMI late night tv host Jimmy Fallon is set to host the 74th Golden Globes. 

NBC has tapped into the festive spirit with their first promo for the award show.

In the clip Fallon, joined by Questlove, is seen getting to ready to switch on a lavish lights display on his roof.

"This is what I'm doing January 8", he says as he turns on the lights.

But things don't go as planned…

This is Fallon's first time hosting the prestigious event which will air live on 8 January, 2017.
