Johannesburg - Debuting on Universal Channel (DStv 117) on the 19 May, 20:00, Second Chance asks the question: What would you do with a second chance?

Robert Kazinsky stars in his first lead role in a US drama as Jimmy Pritchard, a man who will do whatever it takes to redeem himself and reconcile with his family.

Channel24 got to chat to Robert about his role in the hot new TV show and asked him some questions about second chances.

Check it out here:

Do you believe in second chances?
I do, in certain respects. In my life I’ve always tried to see the best in people, and you hope that your perspective rubs off on them.

If you could go back and change one thing in your past what would it be?
I’d have started dating my girlfriend a lot earlier.

If you could swap places with anyone else in the world who would it be?
I don't know if I would. I mean, can I be Batman?

If you met your character in real life, would you be friends?
No I very much doubt it. He and I are similar in many ways and he wouldn't like himself either.

Describe your character in 5 words.
Wise, canny, smart, impulsive, inconsiderate.

Why should people tune in to watch Second Chance?
For an old story told well through unique perspectives.

What has been the biggest challenge during filming?
Just the sheer and overwhelming workload; having your own show is tough! I wasn't quite mentally prepared for the idea of not having time to do anything other than work for six months, not even sleep.

What’s the most thrilling part of your job?
Seeing the response from the viewers, when they like something it makes everything worthwhile.

Have you ever been to South Africa?
I haven’t, yet.

What other projects are you currently working on?
Warcraft which comes out in theatres 10 June in South Africa. It's a cracker of a movie and one I couldn't be prouder of.
