WATCH: Ed Sheeran takes a trip down memory lane in new music video

Cape Town – Ed Sheeran released his first new video on Monday since his return to music.

The video, which is for his song Castle On The Hill, features a younger Ed lookalike and his friends as they smoke and drink and do all the things Ed did while growing up in Framlingham, Suffolk.

Paying tribute to his hometown, Ed posted on Twitter that all the kids in the video are actually from his old high school.
