Local boys THIEVE release catchy new single and video

Cape Town - A few years ago a bright new band called THIEVE sprung from Bellville.

From the get-go they were in the business of good times and making music that they liked, which meant they experimented with their sound some. Throughout the years they released new material sporadically, as they were all wrapped up in other bands and various musical endeavors.

They now feel that they've grown into the best version that THIEVE can be and are anxious to release their second full length offering – Extra Ordinary this March.

THIEVE are:

Andrew Davenport (AKING), Fred Den Hartog (Die Heuwels Fantasties) and new addition, Sheldon Yoko (also drummer for Die Heuwels Fantasties).

Extra Ordinary in the making

Extra Ordinary is the name of THIEVE's sophomore full length album which is due for release in March. The boys from THIEVE quietly worked away for months on their second offering in a make-shift, beach side studio.

Wild Western Cape is the first single and music video from Extra Ordinary. The music video documents the making of the band’s full length album and gives the viewer an inside glimpse into their journey of coming together again to create their best work yet.
