The Last Jedi cast stuns on Vanity Fair

Cape Town – Star Wars is celebrating its 40th anniversary on Thursday. 

In celebration Vanity Fair has released four exclusive covers featuring the cast of Last Jedi

The photos were shot on location in May 2016 in Ireland by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz.

In a tear-jerking tribute to Carrie Fisher the actress is the only star to have a solo cover. 

The three other covers feature Daisy Ridley (Rey) and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), John Boyega (Finn), new cast member Kelly Marie Tran (Rose Tico) and BB-8 and Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Domhnall Gleeson (General Hux) and Adam Driver (Kylo Ren).
