Cape Town - The highly anticipated new Afrikaans action movie Jagveld (“Hunting field” - with English subtitles) - written by the renowned master of the thriller genre, Deon Meyer - will come to life on the big screen at South African cinemas from 17 March 2017.

Jagveld boasts a top notch cast - featuring Leandie Du Randt, Neels van Jaarsveld (SAFTA nominee), Tim Theron, Tertius Meintjes and other popular local acting talent.

In celebration of this exciting new cinema release, the producers have decided to take Jagveld on a nationwide tour – a month before it starts showing officially in cinemas nationwide.

Moviegoers across South Africa will get an opportunity to see Jagveld first – with some of these special pre-release screenings taking place in unique outdoor facilities, in unusual venues where films are not generally shown as part of exclusive events.
