Cape Town – Priyanka Chopra had the best response to Wendy Williams when she described Meghan Markle as “Prince Harry’s girlfriend.”
The Quantico actress was on the Wendy Wlliams Show to promote her new movie Baywatch, but it seems that was the last thing on the host’s mind.
The two ladies spoke about various topics including love, fashion and famous friends, which saw Priyanka continuously having to school Wendy about her comments.
Questions included asking Priyanka where her date for the MET Gala was, to which Priyanka answered: “I mean, why do you always need a date it’s so overrated.”
Then came “the big deal” – Wendy questioned Priyanka’s friendship with “Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s girlfriend” prompting the 34-year-old to remind Wendy that Meghan isn’t just Harry’s girlfriend.
She clapped back: “Also Meghan Markle, actress, Suits, her achievements.”
