Cape Town – Chrissy Teigen has clapped back at a "mommy shamer" for criticising the way she carries her 6-month-old daughter.
Although her Twitter account is protected, that hasn’t stopped Chrissy from using the platform to defend her parenting skills.
It started with a Twitter user slamming the way she carried Luna while out in New York earlier this week.
Chrissy, angered by this tweet, then replied, "really because that’s how I’m fucking carrying her (sic)"

The same user then took it up a notch further by comparing the way Chrissy was carrying Luna to a handbag.
The 30-year-old wasn’t going to let that pass either and wrote, "@uVuyoh well you hold your handbag like a fucking idiot then. (sic)"
It didn’t end there as the user then shared a story of personal experience from when she was a baby.
And Chrissy proceeded to make this point: "@uVuyoh let me know how you hold your baby when she’s about to go in the stroller and there are 20 camera flashes at night (sic)"
She added, "Photos are literally split-second moments in time that evolve. I despise mommy shamers. I am a proud shamer of mommy shamers. (sic)"
The user then tried to make a final point...
But Chrissy shut it down by saying, "please, do shut up (sic)"
