Cape Town – Blac Chyna is suing the entire Kardashian family for allegedly damaging her brand and abusing her.

In court documents, obtained by People magazine, Chyna claims Rob Kardashian’s July social media outburst in which he accused her of cheating and drug abuse has caused significant damages to her brand.

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016.”

The lawsuits also states Rob’s actions as well as his family’s influence are what brought on the cancellation of her E! reality show, Rob & Chyna.

“In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”

TMZ however, reported that the E! Network has email proof that the reality show was axed after Chyna made it impossible to film.

The gossip website went on to report that Chyna included text messages from Rob in the lawsuit. In the messages Rob repeatedly threatens to kill himself.

Chyna’s lawsuit comes after she obtained a temporary restraining order against Rob in July. The mom-of-two dropped domestic abuse charges against the 30-year-old after they reached a joint custody agreement for their daughter, Dream.

Two months later, Rob and younger sister Kylie - who dated Chyna’s ex-boyfriend Tyga -  sued the 29-year-old for battery, assault and vandalism.

A rep for the family have not yet responded to People magazine for comment.
